- What is bothering you: Fewer calls, a competitor ahead of you, a coming redesign or just a wish to understand SEO are all good starting points.
- Any deadlines: Mention a launch date or a busy season if one exists.
What happens after you write

Ways to reach us
Use the form on this page if you want to write at length. WhatsApp suits a quick question or a message with a screenshot attached, and email is best when you want to send files or copy a colleague. All three reach the same team, and we answer in the order messages arrive.
We work remotely, so there is no office to visit and no need to book a meeting first. If a call would help after we have replied, we can arrange a time that suits you.
We do not sell your messages. The privacy policy explains what we collect, which services handle it and how to ask for access or correction.
